Responsibilities :
* Preparation of detail drawing, 3D Visual and presentation drawing according to client's requirement
* Recommending material and color matching
* To attend meeting/briefings/presentation with clients/consultant/contractors, site visit
* Good design flair
* Mature, dedicated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Able to lead projects and produce creative design with innovative solutions
The successful Candidate must be/must have:
* Possess at least a Diploma or bachelors’ Degree in interior designing/ Architecture or related discipline
* Should be well versed with Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, 3Ds Max, Sketchup
* At least 1 year of relevant working experience and Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
* Proficient in both spoken and written English & Malay.
* Able to start work within short notice
* Motivated, analytical, result orientated and able to work independently
* Should be well versed with Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, 3Ds Max, Sketchup
